I've come to enjoy this place. The portion sizes are terrific and I always have some left over for lunch the next day. The restaurant is quaint and clean and the food is pretty tasty for a drive thru.

45 minutes in the damn drive thru is not acceptable!!! Then the manager did nothing to even try to fix the situation. Horrible experience!!!

We now go here all the time. The soba dishes have too much salt or soy or whatever. It's way too much usually. Wish the rice quality was better. But other than that for fast food, it is wonderful! The style of noodle is spot on. General chicken, shrimp and scallops, steak... These are all great! The price is phenomenal!!! Favorite fast food in Albany!

I can't believe that the drive thru window ladies have to lie about sauce everytime. I asked for soy sauce and duck sauce and of she said "it's in there"Get home and guess what....no sauce!!!!If you don't want to give customers what they need to eat their food...then I guess I will just go to a restaurant that wants my money!!!!smh

Quick Japanese food. Always good. They have a wide range of selections on their menu and some newer dishes they just added. I highly recommend the shrimp and broccoli yakisoba with a dash of soy sauce. They also have four types of egg rolls and other appetizers. We seldom wait more than 10 minutes until the meal is served up fresh and hot.

Never had a bad experience here since they opened. Great place.

My fav spot for quality Japanese food. I love it here. Prices are decent for the quality. Similar to a cafe in Las Vegas I liked.

I think they may be overwhelmed w drive thru, it was not very good. Had egg rolls and chicken hibachi.

Great service. Not fast but accurate, which I prefer. I rather have great food over fast food any day. This was my first visit and I will return sooner rather than later. Maybe even tomorrow. Great prices, competent workers, tasty food. Best Asian food, hands down. Check it out. You will be exceptionally delighted, I promise.

Place order from order eats app. Order wrong. Then i called. It rang and rang and rang. Then it stop. I want and it hung up. Called back, busy. Called back, busy. I order online a lot since the pandemic started for my parents. I try it out first. Then add to favorites. But come on. I loved this place.

The food was great..Customer service sucked!! Asked the young lady at the window was my sauces in the bag, she looked me in my face and told me she put my extra sauces in my bag..I get home not one sauce in the bag!!!

I always get the Steak, Chicken and veggies and it's ALWAYS great and I always have enough for 2-meals

Good food and friendly staff. Edit: They are always efficient with the front counter and drive thru. Tables are always clean and bathrooms are also. I normally get the chicken ir veggie yakisoba bowl with an egg roll and a drink.

I have eaten there so many times but never was this bad! Went in @1:41pm, for take out. EVERYTHING I purchased tastes or smells like old oil, think rolls were dropped back in oil with my shrimp, both were reheated. Not usual in the past but 3 take out meals at almost $40 is sad.Maybe because this is the first time instead of dining in, I bought take out 🤔😞

The food here is normally good and so is the service so I will go ahead and complement you all for a great tasting food. I went inside today and had a different experience. If I were you I would remove the young looking girl upfront who is a blonde and wears her hair in 2 pigtails which are twisted because if she looked at another black female the way she looked at me today it will not be a nice turnout for her. I was nice enough not to go off verbally but the next person may not be so nice.

Today was my first time getting food from here and I will never be back. I of course went through the drive threw cuz of the corona. I get back to work and there was a black hair on the chicken egg roll. I tried calling them 4 times and no one ever answered. So I tried to resolve the issue.

Walked in for take out. Due to drive -thru had about 7 vehicles in line. Walked no more than 3 in a half minutes and out I went. Came out drive-thru only had 2 cars. FAST, FRIENDLY SERVICE!

Good food noodles better than rice

It's not always right when you take other people's opinion on anything. Going off of good views and words, my first visit was a disappointment. The meat (steak) was burnt and dry as heck, while the rice had a burnt & scorched taste as well. I had no plan to return the plate back, so I simply trashed it. 1st and last visit....

My first time visiting and it was a good experience. The lady in the drive thru answered all of my questions about the menu with a smile. The amount of food for the price was amazing and we didn't have to wait long to get our order.

Took a minute to get my food. Food had a slightly burnt taste.
